Hi-Tech Security has been involved in the CCTV Security sector since 2004. Over the years de-centralized installations of CCTV systems soon evolved into Centralized CCTV solutions. We continually value the installation of de-centralized CCTV systems, but our main effort towards the safety and security of our customers, is our offsite monitored CCTV solutions (de-centralized CCTV solutions).
Our offsite monitoring service is based on smart event monitoring, where realtime video event triggers alerts to our CCTV controllers on movement at a site, giving us the advantage of information and details of a possible breach at an offsite monitored premise. This information and details act as a Force Multiplier for the safety and security of our customers and their property. We know in advance if we should respond to a site, or if it was a false alarm. More importantly we know in advance what action and force we should activate, while we already have details on the perpetrator, for example colour of clothing, description of the perpetrator, etc.
Early information and details about an armed robbery is one of the biggest advantages of offsite monitoring. Knowing the seriousness of a situation beforehand is a major life saving factor for our customers, their customers or family, as well as our Officers.
